MadVR Labs Launches Envy Academy Online for Video Processing Mastery
MadVR Labs has introduced Envy Academy Online, a free educational course designed for both industry professionals and home theater enthusiasts. This course aims to educate users on how to maximize the capabilities of the madVR Envy video processor for optimal picture quality.
The course is accessible exclusively on the madVR Labs YouTube channel. It is structured as a playlist containing 47 video lessons that range from basic setup to advanced adjustments. No registration is necessary, and the lessons automatically progress when viewed via the YouTube playlist. The majority of the lessons are short, with most videos lasting only 2 to 5 minutes.
The Envy Academy Online course is recognized for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as part of CEDIA’s smart-home educational program. Industry professionals will have the opportunity to register for a free exam later in the month. Successful candidates will earn 3 CEUs and gain the title of Certified for Envy - Product Specialist, Level 1. While the course is available to everyone, only industry professionals are eligible to take the certification exam. madVR Labs plans to offer in-person training sessions later this year, though specific dates have not been announced.
