JBL has introduced its new Stage 2 Loudspeakers, designed to offer home theater solutions for the next generation of music and movie enthusiasts. These speakers combine simplicity, design, and scalability at affordable prices, with eight models priced between $300 and $1,200 per pair.

Developed at JBL’s Center of Acoustics Excellence in Northridge, California, the Stage 2 Series speakers incorporate the next generation of JBL’s patented High-Definition Imaging (HDI) waveguide. This technology produces room-filling sound from a 1-inch anodized aluminum tweeter. Each model features a removable grille with a woodgrain finish.

The lineup includes two tower models: the 260F, a two-and-a-half-way design with two 6.5-inch woofers, and the larger 280F. Both models are compatible with the 240H Dolby Atmos height module, which includes a 4.5-inch woofer and tweeter in a wedge-shaped cabinet designed to sit atop either tower speaker.

For bookshelf options, JBL offers the 240B and the larger 250B, each featuring a 5.25-inch woofer paired with the tweeter. The 245C center-channel speaker is designed for clear movie dialogue and sound effects, featuring a tweeter flanked by two 4.5-inch woofers.

The lineup is rounded out by two powered subwoofers, the 200P and 220P, though specific details about these models have not been provided at this time.
