Xbox Cloud Gaming is now available on Amazon Fire TV Stick models, offering an affordable way to enjoy popular game titles. Previously, the partnership between Microsoft and Amazon seemed unexpected given their competition in the cloud services arena. However, this collaboration now allows users to play Xbox games on Fire TV Stick 4K and Fire TV Stick 4K Max models. While the service is currently limited to these models, Microsoft hints that support for more devices may be added in the future.

To use Xbox Cloud Gaming on these Fire TV Sticks, players need a Bluetooth-enabled gaming controller. Compatible controllers include the Xbox Series X|S controller, PlayStation 5 DualSense controller, or other Bluetooth gamepads like the SteelSeries Nimbus+ and Stratus+. Users must subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which costs around $17 per month and provides access to the cloud gaming service.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is regarded as one of the best game streaming platforms, offering a vast library of games. Subscribers can play recent AAA titles, as well as acclaimed indie games. The library frequently updates, adding new games while occasionally removing others.

Beyond game streaming, a Game Pass Ultimate subscription includes benefits such as access to online multiplayer, day-one releases, and various discounts. Subscribers also receive an EA Play membership, providing additional value.
