Apple has rolled out a new firmware update for its Beats Studio Pro over-ear headphones. The latest firmware version, 2C301, replaces the previous version which was initially installed when the headphones were released.

One of the key features introduced with this update is audio sharing, a function that allows two users to listen to audio from a single iPhone or iPad simultaneously. This feature was not available when the headphones first launched.

As with other Apple audio products, the firmware update for the Beats Studio Pro is delivered wirelessly. The update process occurs automatically when the headphones are charging and within Bluetooth range of an iPhone, iPad, or Mac that is connected to Wi-Fi.

For Android users, the update process is a bit different. Users will need to install the Beats app on their Android device and connect the device to a power source to initiate the firmware update.
