Klipsch and Ojas have officially launched their collaborative limited-edition kO-R1 loudspeaker. The project was initiated by Klipsch, who reached out to Devon Turnbull, the founder of Ojas, to create a special speaker together.

The kO-R1 is a two-way loudspeaker and is the smallest offering in the Klipsch Heritage Series. It shares the same dimensions as the Heresy model at 15.5-inches x 24.81-inches x 13.25-inches and is constructed from Baltic birch plywood with butt-joined assembly. Turnbull designed the speaker to simplify the audio process, opting for a two-way design without a tweeter.

The speaker features an adjustable sandcast aluminum horn, made with the aid of 3D printing technology. It sits on a Klipsch K-12 stand to ensure the proper height for optimal listening.

This limited edition kO-R1 is handcrafted in Hope, Arkansas, and will be limited to 100 pairs. It is available in two finishes: gray lacquer and red oak veneer. Each pair is priced at $8,498 and can be purchased exclusively from Ojas and select Klipsch retailers while supplies last.
