Amazon’s Prime Video has introduced a significant update to its interface, addressing one of the most common user frustrations. The new design includes a dedicated "Prime" tab that exclusively displays content included with your Prime Video subscription, eliminating the mix of paid movies and series.

The new "Prime" tab can be found in the main navigation bar, now located at the top of the screen instead of the left side. This tab sits alongside options for movies, TV shows, sports, and live TV. There are also tabs for other services you might be subscribed to, such as Max, Crunchyroll, and Paramount Plus. If you don’t have any additional services linked to Prime, you’ll see a “subscriptions” tab offering other services you can sign up for.

The redesigned interface, which is currently rolling out, will also feature AI-driven recommendations in new “Made for you” collections within the movie and TV show tabs. According to Amazon, these collections will include titles tailored to your interests, whether they are part of the Prime subscription or not.

While Prime Video will continue to display movies available for rent or purchase and TV series from services you don’t subscribe to on the homepage and other tabs, the new layout aims to be more organized. The dedicated "Prime" tab provides a streamlined way to filter out content not included in your subscriptions, enhancing the overall user experience.
